Maintenance Requests
Naples HOA maintains the common property surrounding the townhomes.
The Carona Court and Fieldstone Court townhomes are owned and maintained by Naples HOA. Specifically, the asphalt parking lots, drive lanes, concrete curbs, common sidewalks and street lighting around the townhomes.
Maintenance of these common areas includes landscaping and snow clearing. In addition, under Montgomery County law the HOA is responsible for clearing the snow from the portion of sidewalk along Carona Drive that is adjacent to HOA property (the area of the park and townhomes).
To report concerns in the common areas:
Montgomery County maintains the county roads where private homes are located.
Montgomery County Department of Transportation is responsible for the maintenance of county roads. All privately owned homes in Naples HOA are located on county roads. This maintenance includes: snow clearing, asphalt repairs, street lights and street signs.
