Naples Manor is a legal subdivision in Montgomery County, Maryland.  

 

Naples Homeowners Association, Inc. (Naples HOA or NHOA) is a homeowners association that includes a portion of the Naples Manor subdivision. Naples HOA was incorporated in June of 1987 by Halle Enterprises (now, The Halle Companies). Some existing homes that were built by U.S. Homes and NV Homes were annexed into the HOA. Most of the property within the HOA was developed/built and sold by Halle Enterprises, including the townhomes, which were built and rented for a 10-year period under the MPDU (moderately priced dwelling unit) program. The townhomes are still owned by Halle and rented at current market value. The last building lots in the HOA were sold to and developed by Noble Homes.
