Resolving Disputes
Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities
The Commission on Common Ownership Communities [CCOC] was established in Montgomery County to educate citizens and board volunteers who live in a community governed by a homeowners association or condominium board of directors.
The purpose of the CCOC is to educate and to serve as a dispute resolution system for the homeowners and associations.
In the event of a dispute between an owner and Naples HOA, it is the standard practice of Naples HOA to advise the owner of their right to file a Complaint with the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities after they have been given the opportunity for a hearing before the Board of Directors and after a final decision by the Board has been rendered in any matter.
